1. Shifting Side Lunge


To do this hold your dumbbells by your sides and stand in your feet and start moving right and lower to one side and later repeat the same process to the other side.

2. Hinging Deadlift


To do this stand with your feet slightly wider than hip-width apart and grab a pair of dumbbells. Holding the weights in front of your thighs, palms facing in, maintain the spine in neutral pose moving forward from your hips in parallel position.

3. Side-Stepping Curtsy
