Now a complaint has been filed against him for his ‘inflammatory’ statements at the New Ashok Nagar police station. It has been filed by one Ullhas PR, who is a short film and documentary director. He had earlier filed another  complaint against the actor, when Aamir Khan referred to the police as thulla in PK

Apart from this complaint, Aamir Khan is also being lashed by several BJP party members and supporters, including celebs like Anupam Kher, Paresh Rawal, Raveena Tandon, Manoj Tiwari etc. Even his Rangeela director Ram Gopal Varma, with whom he famously didn’t get along during the shoot of that iconic film, also made several digs at the actor.

Aamir Khan had earlier expressed his views on perceived intolerance in India, during the Ramnath Goenka Excellence in Journalism awards in New Delhi. He had said, “When I chat with Kiran at home, she says, ‘Should we move out of India?’ That’s a disastrous and big statement for Kiran to make. She fears for her child. She fears what the atmosphere around us will be. She feels scared to open the newspapers every day. That does indicate that there is this sense of growing disquiet, there is growing despondency apart from alarm!”
